The hotel has a key location, within walking distance of many attractions and cafes. the room was well, maintained and the bed was comfortable. the staff in the breakfast room worked hard to keep everything clean and organized.

Room with nice wiev of the Duomo roof. Room clean, silent and confortable. Friendly staff, more nice than 1 year ago.

We liked location and the food here. Qc terme milano was located only 1 mile away, we could easily get there

The hotel offered a great Christmas package deal with festive decorations and a holiday atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor throughout, which was off-putting. The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation.

Location is realy the best.

I like the location & car park which is just opposite the hotel. They said that internet is free but I was very surprised to notice that they put a charge for it

The front desk organized the trip back to the airport claiming it would be 85 euro flat rate with visa card and it turns out that we had to pay 99 euros when we arrived at the airport... Not a nice surprise...

Excellent Location. Very near to Duomo.

Expensive Wifi. Small elevator (2 people can only fit in). The elevator was broken on one of the days, people had to use the stairs to get to their rooms.

The internet service was charged 49 euros from my credit card as soon as I entered my particulars (I have arrangement with my bank to send me SMS of every transaction immediately). Having checked my mail I got a receipt on 2.83 euros, which were not charged (but the 49 were).The hotel explained that this was just for reservation and would be returned, which was not. Also, they told me that they were not responsible for the internet service, but the provider was. This is not a justifiable excuse, since it is situated in their lobby for their guests to use, thus becoming their responsibility. I now have a long process of complaint to return the money charged for several minutes of internet use. This is completely unacceptable and gives very bad impression of the hotel as a whole.

The location is wonderfull

The room 228 was not clean, noisy and the view awfull. Fortunatelly we got another room.

There is no service standards. Breakfast is terrible bad. There is nothing to eat indeed. Front office staff is very rude, sarcastic, too confortable. They put the luggages inside of the front desk. Also they told me this area is safe. I asked them to put them to a luggage room (locked). They did not do that and argued with me. Especialy men front desk staff were disaster, rude & not having a smiling face. They have a continental breakfast in the running table, but this is not a open buffet breakfast. There are serials, tea, coffee, yogurt, 1 kind of cheese package, butter, jams, honey, bread, concentrated fruit juice. 3-Star local hotel quality service, hotel in general; especialy the breakfast room, guest room bathroom and amenities....

Location was brilliant. Staff were very helpful and if anything was required it was done immediately when requested. Breakfast was good and till 10.30 each morning.

The beds in the twin room were as narrow as dormitory style beds in boarding school and the shower was also narrow with badly fitting doors which made the bathroom swamplike after showering!

The location is very good. İt is clean, the mini bar is quıte suffıcıent.

The furnishing of the lobby does not welcome you. İt is cold and unappealing

Very well situated to all the museums and shops. Breakfast buffé was excellent.

The safe was locked so we could not use it, the staff never fixed despite reminders. For a short stay that is not really important, but staying a week we would have complained. There were absolutely no small supermarkets in the area if we wanted to buy water or fruit to have in the hotel. The restaurants around the hotel were quite expensive and varied in quality and price.

Perfectly situated (near Duomo, shopping, Scala, etc.) - Efficient staff at the reception desk to help to find taxi, restaurants, shops, on the map. thanks
